CLIMATE AWARENESS CAMPAIGN, LAHORE

The IAP Lahore Chapter joined hands with the Forestry Department of Punjab for a collaborative awareness campaign for green Pakistan. With an aim ‘Going green is the way to go’, the Punjab Forest Department distributed free plants to IAP members in its drive to promote plantation of local species trees. What better than to celebrate spring by have a tree plantation ceremony, vowed by IAP Lahore Chapter. The team planted local species of trees including, Sukhchain, Amaltaas, Kachnaar, Urjan, Gaab, Barh and Pilkan.
